“I happened to walk in when Dr. Phan was available, so I was able to get an eye exam right away and order my glasses that same day. A few days later, I received a text letting me know my new glasses were ready for pickup. After trying them for a bit, I felt some discomfort, so I called the office. They immediately scheduled another appointment for me with Dr. Phan. She was very welcoming and quickly identified a small prescription adjustment. They happened to have the lens in stock, and their awesome optical technician swapped out the lens right on the spot. She also adjusted my older frames to fit my face better — incredibly humble, patient, and polite throughout the whole process. Overall, a fantastic experience — efficient, accommodating, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend this location. Plus, the ample parking makes visits even more convenient.” - TC

“I recently had a great experience at this location and with Dr. Phan. In the past I had not been totally happy with my contact prescriptions with other providers, and I felt a little silly asking her if I hadn’t been choosing correctly during my exams. She explained what likely had been going on and why, then she asked if I had additional questions instead of moving forward right away with the exam. I really appreciated the time she took to talk with me. She was patient and kind, and I can definitely understand why she must be excellent with pediatric patients. “I’ve been a patient here for several years. Great location with easy parking. The office has always been efficient. Dr. Kamnetz listens carefully to concerns and does well explaining your results (and all the details if you’re curious and want to know the why behind things, etc). I wear contacts so it’s nice being able to trial anything new that comes out. For example, I’m currently trying out Acuvue Oasys Max 1-Day that have blue light filtering to help with use of digital devices.
